Setting up GAC account (Teacher)

Ethos and GAC (Greater Atlanta Christian School) shares some common resources. In order to teach in Ethos you will need access to certain GAC resources. Please follow the instructions below to set up your GAC account.

Your GAC account information should be provided to you but if you do not have it please contact Support@ethosschool.org.
Email Address: It is typically in the format of first initial last name at GAC.org ex: FLast@GAC.org. Your email address is not case sensitive.
Username: It is the part of the email address before the at symbol.
Password: You will create your own password. It should not be the same password you use for personal accounts and should be different than what you will use for Ethos.

1. Click on https://mygac.GAC.org/Password/Reset/
2. Click Employee
   
3. Username is short part of email address
   
4. Click on the last two digits of the phone number listed so you can authenticate your password
   
5. It will then have you enter the last four digits of this same phone number.
6. Enter the 6 digit code texted to the device you entered and reset your password using required digits.
7. ------ WAIT 15 MINUTES before proceeding ------
8. After 15 minutes, log into: https://mail.greateratlantachristian.org/
   Username is shortusername
   

If successful you should then have access to the below, if not successful contact support@ethosschool.org or create a help ticket..

1. Google Drive - shared resources for collaboration
   https://drive.google.com/drive/shared-drives
   You may need to logout of your google account by clicking at the top right under your icon and add another account (if this is your first time logging into google with your GAC email account.

2. Rubicon Atlas - curriculum system
   Go to https://greateratlantachristian.rubiconatlas.org and click Sign In
   The system will ask you to verify your account to connect to the SSO and complete the login to Atlas using your short username.
