I am trying to launch my child’s classes from my account, why won’t it work?

You as the parent cannot launch your student’s ethos class. Your student will have to login into https://ethos.geniussis.com/  and use the username (put username) . If your student hasn't set their password yet, they can do that by pushing the recover password button. Once they put in their username, it will send a reset password link to (email). Then they can reset the password and will be able to login to their ethos account. I hope this helps, if you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.
