This process is for school owned machines. For non-managed Macs please go to "Download the Lockdown Browser for Unmanaged (Personal) Computers (macOS)".
- Download the attached zip file and unzip the installer.
- Every MDM provider will have a slightly different process so please refer to your MDM instructions on how best to deploy.
- We have found that you will want to be careful of renaming the installer. Please do not change anything in the curly brackets and before them. We have been able to append the version number after the curly brackets before the file extension without any difficulties.
- Please also refer to the attached document from our vendor on one possible way to deploy the installer.
